A Siphon Pump Having a Metering Chamber is a system which allows liquid flow dispensing above the source elevation. A portion of the liquid in a siphon conduit can be dispensed from the metering chamber in a regular periodic motion, which is subject to the external force of gravity acting on the liquid in the holding chamber after it is opened to the air. The siphon can be sized to overcome the air and it is carried by the column of liquid to the outlet and expelled at the long leg after the proportional period has completed a cycle. The metering chamber has a charging Inlet which is purposed to initially prime the siphon system and it can also be used to introduce other liquids.
